Sarah Ross is the current Education Coordinator at Fort Concho National Historic Landmark and supports education efforts for the Buffalo Soldier Memorial. Through her dedication and expertise, she ensures that visitors gain a deep understanding of the historical significance and contributions of the Buffalo Soldiers.

Sarah is originally from Corpus Christi, moving to San Angelo for her degree. Upon graduation, she moved to Fort Hood but quickly returned for the love of the community San Angelo provides. She is currently completing her Master of Arts in History from Pittsburg State University. If you ever find yourself surrounded by living historians or cannons in town, she probably is not too far away as she also organizes living history at Fort Concho.
